ACS730KLC Current Sensor IC
ACS730KLC Current Sensor IC
Allegro MicroSystems' Hall effect current sensor IC features a lighting-fast 210 ns response time
The ACS730 current sensor IC is Allegro MicroSystems' first-ever 1 MHz bandwidth Hall effect current sensor IC with a lighting-fast 210 ns response time. The ACS730 provides an economical and precise solution for AC or DC current sensing in industrial, commercial, and communications systems. The device is targeted at high-speed applications, including motor control, solar inverters, load detection and management, and switched-mode power supplies. These devices are not for use in automotive applications.
The device is available in a small SOIC8 footprint package with isolation, that is ideal for space-constrained applications while also saving costs due to reduced board area.
